Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Branch Manager - Netherton Office

As part of our continued growth and expansion an experienced Estate Agent is requried to assist in the day to day running of this succesful branch. This is also an ideal opportunity for potential Branch Managers of the future to proove their worth and train in a busy environment alongside a very experienced team.

Sales Negotiator

Our recent expansion and continued growth has seen one of the team from Netherton move on to a new role within The Property Shop which now leaves a vacancy for a good sales negotiator to fill her place. A prooven track record is prefered although not essential.

Lettings Negotiator / Administrator

Don't let the job title affect your thoughts on this exciting position. The succesful candidate will form part of a dedicated team whose duties will envolve the promotion and growth of our already succesful lettings department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced candidate who would like the opportunity to really make a difference with the opportunity to report directly to the Managing Director and influence the systems, procedures and marketing of our lettings department. An exciting position but not necessarily for the feint hearted.

Individuals who have a blend of intellect, energy, intolerance of failure and most importantly a customer focused attitude, with a determination and track record for excellence. You must be a team player with excellent communication and inter-personnel skills.
